Clementine, darling

I love food. I like my vegetables raw, and any kind of fresh herb or spice. I dislike running, treadmills or roads, not my thing. I like to attend all different gyms to for the aerobics classes, spinning, yoga, you name it, ill try it at least once. Trying to keep my body healthy, I am recording my thoughts and experiences on everything from eating healthy (and sometimes not so healthy), to the latest motivational quote that im currently obsessing over. Oh, and everywhere in between.

living on a roller coaster,
Clementine Darling.

As much as I would love for this picture to depict the absolute truth, it doesn’t. One day it will. Currently, I would say I am comfortably relaxed around the “off your butt” line. I have a bit of a difficult time getting myself into the habit of working out, or even do much more than a brisk walk… you know the “im going to be late to class/meeting/work if i dont walk with straight legs and move my arms alot”… yeah, that walk. Every day or so I tell myself I am going to do something active. Recently it hasn’t exactly been happening. Not too long ago I got a Wii Fit, of course thinking I am going to end up like Angelia Jolie, who lost weight and toned her body after having children numerous time. Needless to say I did not end up with a body like Angelina. The only thing that happened after the initial week obsession with my wii-fit board was another weightloss device that collects dust in my room. But on a more positive note, I had a small portion of wheat pasta and freshly grilled shrimp for dinner. Im going to push the “off your butt” meter and do an excercise or two (dont want to overdo myself ;] ) to try and start a subtle routine.
trying to make a difference,
Clementine.
