Clementine, darling

I love food. I like my vegetables raw, and any kind of fresh herb or spice. I dislike running, treadmills or roads, not my thing. I like to attend all different gyms to for the aerobics classes, spinning, yoga, you name it, ill try it at least once. Trying to keep my body healthy, I am recording my thoughts and experiences on everything from eating healthy (and sometimes not so healthy), to the latest motivational quote that im currently obsessing over. Oh, and everywhere in between.

today’s motivation!

So I am out of town for about a week or so. My family, all being college sports players, is very active. Much more active than I. So to keep on track with my goals I was talked into going to my cousins local gym for an aerobics class. I used to self-motivate with Richard Simmons videos, but thery are a little dated today. So i went to this aerobics class and i actually loved it. I was completely motivated the whole time, was able to stop for breathing and hydration breaks, and was able to go at my own pace. It was actually slight calming. I wasnt feeling like i was being judged for my lack of endurance either. Long story short, i wish i had a Fit Zone For Women where I live! So for everyone out there who has the motivation of a turtle like me, maybe you have a fit zone near you, which makes you much luckier than me.
